What RERA Registration Covers

What RERA Means for Buyers

RERA gives buyers specific legal rights in a registered project.

Advance limit. Before the sale agreement is signed, a developer cannot collect more than 10% of the apartment cost. This applies until the project is RERA-registered.
Sale agreement. After booking, payments are linked to construction milestones. At least 70% of buyer funds must be used for that project's construction.
